Profiler:

It all starts with profiling your visitors. When signing up for resort information and offers, we provide the template to ask all the right questions.  Armed with exactly who your visitors are, you can gear your communication and offers to build a better quality relationship and have much higher conversion rates.  Turn “messaging” into a profit center at a very low cost.

Profiler is divided into several categories.  First there is the complete contact information including address, phone numbers, and email addresses.  Then it moves into family information which includes credit card information and preferred/existing living arrangements while visiting.

Lastly, all categories of accommodations, retail, season pass, events, dining, rental, type activities they participate in, and off mountain interests.  This lets you market the right packages to the target audience for each.

On Mountain Days: 

With profiler completed visitors activate the calendar for the days they are “on mountain.”  They set their preference by category as to how they wish to receive information on the topic they have selected.  This includes notification by SMS, Voice messaging or Email.  Categories include anything and everything your marketing department wants to communicate.  It might be a scheduled wakeup call with the snow report or the grooming report sent via SMS, so visitors have it at their finger tips.  It might be a coupon for discounts on dining or retail shops.  May even be an après ski offer from the local spa or pub.  Let your marketing department improve the on mountain experience with offers and reminders.
